Toward that end I built and led the Quora design team from 2009 to 2013 and, prior to that, I was a Product Design Lead and Interim Director of Design and User Experience at Facebook. Magazines have paid attention to my work as well, I was named in Fast Company's 100 Most Creative People in Business and featured in Fortune magazine.
